When I read this news, my heart skipped a beat. Then, I slapped my forehead, rolled my eyes and thought, maybe this country doesn't need a Finance Minister. Hey, a website's good enough apparently!
Maybe what our country REALLY needs now is lots of PRAYER!!

PETALING JAYA: Useful and inspiring. This is what the Deputy Prime Minister thinks of some of the comments posted on his blog about the second stimulus package.
In thanking those who posted the more than 200 suggestions and comments on his blog, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the input were being analysed to help formulate and prioritise the final package.
“Some of your ideas relating to tax and labour had inspired and prompted a lot of discussion in my office."

HELLO!
Ministry Of Finance!
National Economic Action Council!
Economic Planning Unit!
Bank Negara!
Ministry of International Trade!
Ministry of Domestic Trade!
All you fellas are paid by the rakyat to handle the economy for us leh!
You are supposed to be the experts leh!
BUT YOU GOT NO BLOODY IDEA WHAT TO DO AND YOU GOT TO ASK THE LAYMAN ON THE STREET AH?!
And Najib's most laughable statement:
“Some of your ideas relating to tax and labour had inspired and prompted a lot of discussion in my office."
OH MY GOD!
Then WHAT THE HELL was the first economic stimulus package about then? UNINSPIRED AND NO-DISCUSSION IDEAS? Well, that's really no surprise ain't it? Anyone who has their EYES WIDE OPEN could see that that the RM7,000,000,000 was Najib's pre-election "welcome gift" to UMNO contractors/warlords!
OH MY GOD!
The global meltdown has been happening for a year already!! Now only you are discussing ideas what to do, ah? And our dear Finance Minister thinks it's so smart of him to proudly declare to the nation that his Ministry has no idea what to do and has to dredge the brains of the man-in-the-street?
What? You've been sitting on your brains and twiddling your thumbs all this time?
Maybe you were playing Monopoly to try and get "inspiration" how to handle the economy?
If you guys - who have all the access to all the financial data and all the financial movers and shakers - have to depend on coffee-shop-talk to formulate your economic policies, what hope do we have in this country?!
Who's running the economy?
Who's running the country?
I guess running for office is just too important for these Uunbelievably Moronic Narcissistic Opportunists than running the country! I guess enriching themselves is more important than bankrupting the country. I guess staying in power is more important than doing some real work!
OH MY GOD!
The once-revered UMNO/BN has truly run this country into the ground! We are quickly heading South towards the level of Zimbabwe and North Korea!
Meanwhile, the rakyat wait with bated breath for the economic train wreck to happen...
Well I say SCREW IT!!
GOVERNMENT CHANGE NOW!!!
Cmon la bro. Dia show interest saja on the comments. It shows that he read the comment. Kalau dia show interest you salahkan dia. Kalau dia ignore, you salahkan dia jugak. Be fair la. Jangan la melatah...
ReplyDeleteBukan pasal dia baca atau tak baca. Ini pasal dia tak tahu apa nak buat!
ReplyDeleteIf he as the Finance Minister knew what to do, he would have done it.
But first package untuk UMNOPUTRA saja - RM7,000,000,000 woi! Masuk dalam berapa poket?
If he didn't know what to do, as a good leader, he should have gotten the relevant people together for a serious discussion and then implemented their recommendations.
Ini pulak apa?
Second package - no idea. Tak apa, tanyalah siapa-siapa saja!
Kemudian bukan main happy sangat macam kanak-kanak dapat gula-gula: "Yeh, yeh! Dapat idea!"
Meluat aku!
