Defy speaker, Youth wing says
(NST) - Umno Youth wants Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry Othman and six state executive councillors to defy their suspension from the state assembly and to attend its session when it was called.
Party deputy youth chief Datuk Khairy Jamaluddin said their suspensions were not based on the law and regulations but, rather, it was a political decision by Speaker V. Sivakumar. "I hope the first subject of discussion when the assembly meets is about replacing the speaker. Otherwise, he will continue to hamper the government's work," he told reporters at Lemal, here, yesterday.

Hmm...this is exactly what FIL said the day before.
Let's see...
The law defines sedition as speech which tends to "bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against" the government, including over legal and policy matters.
Now, isn't that exactly what the PM & SIL is doing by openly calling for Zambry & Gang to "defy the Speaker"? The Speaker is the leader of the State Assembly. He is part of the government process. YB Sivakumar was legitimately elected from among his peers and he exercised his legitimate powers.
SEDITION! SEDITION!! SEDITION!!!
Oh..forgot.
ISA, Sedition Act, Printing & Pulications Act & police reports do not apply to the UMNO/BN gangsters because they are all in the same gang.
